REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Machinery Clinic, customer satisfaction is important to us. We specialize in the sale, repair, testing, and servicing of CNC and industrial automation equipment, including FANUC, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Yaskawa, and other industrial control components.

This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which products and services may qualify for return, replacement, repair, or refund.

Eligible Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

After 7 days from delivery, returns or refunds may not be accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and uninstalled.

• Be in the same condition as received.

• Include original packaging, labels, and accessories.

• Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

• Not show signs of tampering, misuse, modification, or physical damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

• Used or installed CNC parts.

• Electrical and electronic components that have been powered on or connected.

• Servo amplifiers, servo motors, spindle drives, and CNC controllers after installation.

• Custom-ordered or specially sourced products.

• Software, firmware, or digital products.

• Repaired components returned to customers.

• Products sold as “Used,” “Refurbished,” “As-Is,” or “Non-Warranty.”

• Products damaged due to incorrect installation or operation.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A defective product,

• A product damaged during shipping,

• A wrong item,

• A product not matching the confirmed order,

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Supporting photographs, videos, and packaging images may be required for verification.

After inspection, Machinery Clinic may offer:

• Replacement of the product,

• Repair of the product,

• Store credit,

• Partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Repair Services

For products sent to Machinery Clinic for repair:

• Inspection and testing charges may be non-refundable.

• Repair service fees become non-refundable once repair work has begun.

• Repaired products are tested before shipment.

• Warranty for repaired products, if provided, is limited to the repaired fault only.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Shipping costs incurred for returns, replacements, or warranty claims may be charged separately where applicable.

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services for high-value CNC and automation parts.

Warranty Claims

Products sold with warranty coverage must be returned for inspection before any replacement or repair decision is made.

Warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation

• Electrical surges or power faults

• Physical damage

• Water, oil, dust, or environmental damage

• Unauthorized repair attempts

• Normal wear and tear

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Special-order, imported, customized, or non-stock items may be subject to cancellation fees or may not be eligible for cancellation once procurement has begun.

Limitation of Liability

Machinery Clinic shall not be liable for:

• Production losses,

• Machine downtime,

• Loss of business,

• Loss of profits,

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of products supplied.

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product or service.
