After repair
- 1. Customer: How long does it take for you to repair?
- A: Usually, we will test and then start the repair on the same day we receive your parts, depending on the type of problem, our repair time is 1 or 2 days.
- 2. Customer: How do you calculate the cost of repair?
- A: Depending on different brands and models, our charges are not unique, we will only give you an accurate quote after we receive your parts and confirm the fault.
- 3. Customer: What if it can not be repaired? Is there an alternative choice?
- A: If we can't repair it, we don't charge for the repair (but not including the return shipping cost and customs duty). We will recommend an alternative model, if there is no alternative we will inform you and explain the reason in detail.
Maintenance Process:
- 1. Documentation & Initial Assessment:
- Conduct a visual inspection to check for any visible physical damage. Record the model and serial numbers of the parts, along with any issues reported by the customer.
- 2. Detailed Diagnostic Testing:
- Connect the part to a FANUC, MITSUBISHI, SIEMENS, OKUMA, or HEIDENHAIN test bench to replicate operating conditions. Use diagnostic tools, software, or alarm codes to pinpoint specific faults and malfunctions. Analyze the diagnostic data to determine the root cause of the issue.
- 3. Repair & Replace:
- Gently open and disassemble the parts to access the faulty components. The parts will be cleaned, repaired, and undergo preventive maintenance, including repainting with tri-proof paint, replacing consumables, and taking other steps to enhance the longevity of the components.

- 4. Retest & Quality Check:
- Retest the repaired part on the FANUC, MITSUBISHI, SIEMENS, OKUMA, or HEIDENHAIN test bench to ensure proper functionality. Next, conduct load tests to confirm the part can handle operational stress without failure. Finally, perform a thorough quality check to verify that the part meets all performance and safety standards.

- 5. Customer confirmation & shipment:
- Send the customer a test video of the successfully repaired part. If needed, the customer can request a copy of the repair report. Once we receive confirmation of the repair cost from the customer, carefully package the repaired parts, arrange for shipment, and provide tracking details along with the estimated delivery date.
- 6. After-Repair Support:
- Reach out to the customer after they receive the part to ensure it is functioning correctly. We provide a 12-month warranty on the repair, covering any issues that may arise during this period.
